Johnson & Towers, Inc., based in Baltimore, and Western Branch Diesel, Inc., based in Chesapeake, announced that they have closed on a transaction merging the respective organizations. Johnson & Towers LLC and Western Branch Diesel LLC along with Johnson Truck Center LLC and Dovell & Williams LLC will fall under the newly created Indel Power Group LLC. The companies will continue to go to market with their existing and well-known brands.
