Colliers International’s Norfolk office has been hired by Boyd Watterson Asset Management, LLC as the leasing and management team for their Main Street Tower property at 300 E. Main Street in Norfolk.
Main Street Tower is a 14-story building that opened in 1990 that’s comprised of 199,621 square feet of Class A office space. The current owners worked with Colliers International to purchase the building in August 2018 for $18.5 million. The new owners have already scheduled $255,500 in improvements to the building including a new conference room, upgraded elevators, directories and renovations to the third and 12th floor lobby and common areas.
